Abstract

The following papers are the texts of remarks made in response to Professor Sanders' discussion of aboriginal rights and the constitution. Wallace Many Fingers presents the Indian approach and reactions to governmental actions with regard to aboriginal rights. Professor Gurston considers the possible extent of those rights and the difficulty of establishing aboriginal title.
