Abstract

The following paper focuses on the existence of freedom of expression as the recognized leader of all civil liberties. The term "expression" is used since it refers to more than just speech itself. Also, the author discusses the implied Bill of Rights theory and whether freedom of expression is legal concept in our constitution.
