Regular Submissions
The Alberta Law Review welcomes the submission of unsolicited manuscripts. Manuscripts must be submitted in electronic format. The Alberta Law Review will accept DOS ASCII text files, WordPerfect and Microsoft Word files. A hard copy may be submitted in addition to the electronic copy.
The Editors request that graphs and illustrations not in text file format be provided in camera-ready form. Manuscripts must be double-spaced and citations should conform to the Canadian Guide to Uniform Legal Citation, 6th ed. (Toronto: Carswell, 2006). The Editors request a maximum page length of: 60 pages, double-spaced for articles; 30 pages, double-spaced for case comments; and 10 pages, double-spaced, for book reviews and notes. Please note that manuscripts will not be returned.
Submissions made exclusively to the Alberta Law Review will be given priority in the review process.
